The alternative provision programme is designed to help young people gain key life skills needed to support them on the pathway to employment . We provide both practical and theory lessons to learners who are currently NEET and are unsure of their next steps. Our staff team is trained in supporting a variety of learning and behavioural needs through either 1-1 or small group sessions. We offer both onsite and offsite alternative provision depending on the needs of the learner, provider, school or local authority.

 

By creating bespoke curriculum offerings, we aim to improve the confidence, self-esteem and behaviour of every individual we work with by adapting lessons to suit the needs of the learner while still achieving intended outcomes. Our qualified teachers provide learner progress updates through half termly reports and parent, guardian or professionals meetings. ​
